Words cannot express how grateful we are for our REALTOR, Penny Edlund. When we put an offer in on a condo in Ocean Shores, Penny was a master negotiator and excellent communicator, keeping us in the loop every step of the way. We closed on the condo about two weeks ago and the owners were supposed to take all of their furniture with them. For most of us, purchasing a property is a major endeavor and can be fairly stressful. In today's real estate market, it can be even more so. Working with Penny made the process a real pleasure. Penny took the time to clearly understand what we were looking for and was able to strike a balance between moving really quickly when necessary and taking the time and having the patience to make sure we found the right place. Her understanding of the market, and her intimate knowledge of the area, its people, and resources, not only made the process easy but in many ways made it possible.
